This project was a true journey — a complete remodel during a time when everything felt at a standstill. We purchased this home in a great location and transformed it from top to bottom.

The renovation included all-new plumbing (inside and out), a new roof, and the addition of an en suite bedroom. We also installed a new awning, replaced the original 1930s box gutters, upgraded the HVAC system, and ran new sewer lines. Other updates included new windows, refinished floors, and major garage repairs — straightening a bowed wall, reinforcing it with a beam, and installing a French drain system.

Throughout the process, we coordinated with multiple contractors and city officials to ensure every detail met the highest standards of quality and compliance. This property has been brought back to life with a full transformation — check out the images below to see the results of our project.
